KOTA KINABALU, SABAH – State Minister of Industrial Development, Datuk Dr Joachim Gunsalam, encourages industrial players to purchase and test their staff for COVID-19 with rapid antigen test kits.
“It is approved by the Ministry of Health (MOH). The results can be directly updated in the MySejahtera app,” he said.
Dr Joachim, who is also Deputy Chief Minister, said testing can be done at the convenience of their own workplace.
He said this after a brief presentation from Hazeldazzel Resources (Sabah) Sdn. Bhd who is the sole distributor for the Salixium Rapid Antigen Test.
The briefing was attended by Thomas Logijin, Permanent Secretary of MID, as well as other ministry officers, the President of FSI, Malaysian International Chamber of Commerce and Industry (MICCI), Kadazandusun Chamber Commerce & Industry (KCCI), Federation of Malaysian Manufacturer (FMM), Sabah Furniture Association (SFA), Sabah Timber Industry Asaociation (STIA), Malaysian Plastic Manufacturer Association (MPMA) and Sabah Women Entrepruners and Professionals Association (SWEPA).
